  1.  Do you sell wholesale?
Although we sell retail, we can offer our merchandise at a wholesale price. Please write to us at info@rosannajewels.com.
 
  2.  What shipping carrier do you use?
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS). 
 

  3.  How does our jewelry come packaged?

Our jewelry is packaged with love and care in soft, satin bags. Each order comes in a bubble wrapped envelope with a "Fragile - Handle with Care" label. In addition, all pieces are thoughtfully placed in ziploc bags to preserve its integrity.

  4.  How do I track my order?

You may track your order via USPS tracking number that will be received in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking number will direct you to the USPS site, as that is our shipping carrier

  5.  How do I maintain my jewelry? 
- Store them in zip lock bags.
- Keep silica gel packets in your jewelry boxes to avoid moisture.
- Put lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, and other similar products on prior to putting them on.
- Keep abrasive cleaners away from your jewelry.
- Use a polishing cloth to remove the tarnish.

A faceted stone is a gemstone that is cut flat on the top and pointed on the bottom. The name faceted comes from the sides of the stone that give the stone its brilliance and beauty.

A cabochon is a gem that has been shaped and polished into an oval/dome shape on the top with a flat bottom.

A birthstone is a stone that represents the month a person was born in. Each birthstone is different and has different meanings.

“Metaphysical Properties” is a phrase that describes the beliefs behind gemstones. It’s said that gemstones have the power to create spiritual, supernatural, and physical changes to a person. When people refer to “metaphysical energies” they are referring to the energy that connects all people.

Talismans are objects that are believed to have protective properties imbued in it. These protective properties can empower, guide, and protect its owner from danger, evil, harm, and sickness.

A bale is metal piece that is attached on jewelries like pendant so that it can be hung on a cord/chain.

17.  What is .925 sterling silver?
.925 sterling silver is an alloy made up of 92.5% sterling silver and 7.5% other metal like copper or zinc. .925 is stamped on these alloys to mark it as authentic sterling silver.

18.  What is the difference between .925 sterling silver and silver-plate?
.925 sterling silver is authentic silver. While, silver-plate has a silver coat on top of a metal base making silver-plate worth less than sterling silver.

Vermeil is sterling silver with an overlay of gold plating.
