2. What shipping carrier do you use?
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Services (USPS).
3. How does our jewelry come packaged?
Our jewelry is packaged with love and care in soft, satin bags. Each order comes in a bubble wrapped envelope with a "Fragile - Handle with Care" label. In addition, all pieces are thoughtfully placed in ziploc bags to preserve its integrity.
4. How do I track my order?
You may track your order via USPS tracking number that will be received in your shipping confirmation email. The tracking number will direct you to the USPS site, as that is our shipping carrier
- Store them in zip lock bags.
- Keep silica gel packets in your jewelry boxes to avoid moisture.
- Put lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, and other similar products on prior to putting them on.
- Keep abrasive cleaners away from your jewelry.
- Use a polishing cloth to remove the tarnish.
